Darren Hart

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering and a Master of Science degree in computer science from Brigham Young University in 2001 and 2003, respectively. He lives in Portland, Oregon.
John Stultz

Mr. Stultz has worked for the IBM Linux Technology Center for the last six years, working on Linux hardware enablement, distribution testing and debugging, timekeeping improvements, and, most recently, real-time functionality for Linux. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor's degree in computer science in 2001 and since then has been living in Portland, Oregon.
Theodore Ts’o
IBM Systems and Technology Group, 43 Pleasant Street, Medford, MA 02155 (theotso us.ibm.com). Mr. Ts’o works for the IBM Linux Technology Center as the real-time Linux architect and system chief engineering manager. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1990. He was the first North American Linux kernel developer, responsible for implementing the Linux “tty” layer and filesystem checker for the ext2/3/4 filesystem. He was a founding board member of the Free Standards Group and was the chair of that organization until it merged with the Open Source Development Labs to become the Linux Foundation. He created and chairs the program committee for the Kernel Summit, which brings together the top 75 Linux kernel developers worldwide every year to plan future development efforts for Linux. He has also served as the chair of the IP Security working group and as a member of the security area directorate of the Internet Engineering Task Force, the standards body for the Internet.
