AUTHOR'S KIT

For the final submission, all authors are required to submit an electronic version of their paper in either PDF or PostScript format, and two camera-ready hardcopies, together with a signed copyright form. All authors are also required to submit a multimedia (HTML) verison of their paper for inclusion on the conference CD-ROM.

The deadline for submission of final manuscript is April 30, 2000.

For the paper to be included in the conference CD-ROM, the author or at least one of the authors must pre-register for the conference by April 30, 2000.

The following format must be strictly followed for the submission of final manuscripts:

  1. All manuscripts must be in English.
  2. The paper must be no longer than four (4) pages long. Additional charges will be applied to papers longer than four pages.
  3. The paper must be in the standard IEEE double-column format with top and bottom margins being 25 mm (1 inch), left and right margins being 19 mm (0.75 inch). All text and figures must be contained in a 175 mm x 226 mm (6.9 inch x 8.9 inch) area.
  4. To achieve the best viewing experience on the proceedings and the CD-ROM, we strongly encourage authors to use the Times-Roman font, as used in the LaTeX style files and MS Word templates given below. This will also give the proceedings a more uniform look.
  5. The paper should be single-spaced and have a font size no smaller than nine (9) points throughout the paper, including figure captions. In nine point type font, capital letters are 2 mm high.
