Roger Van Scoy
Roger Van Scoy leads First Data's card services operations in Europe, which currently includes the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain, as well as the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Van Scoy joined First Data in September 1996 as Vice President of Client Business Relations. He is a veteran in the credit card and transaction processing industry and has worked on both the processing and client sides of the business. This wealth of experience includes positions at EDS as the Issuer Business Manager, where he managed sales, contract negotiations, conversions, implementation efforts and daily production, as well as executive positions in sales, marketing and customer service for First USA. In addition, he has held other credit card management positions at banks in Texas and Louisiana.
