John Potter has worked for S.C. Johnson for 19 years and since 1995 has been Director of Logistics for their European Manufacturing operation. Over the last 18 months he has been leading the development and implementation of regional common practices for their order administration and downstream supply chain processes. This covers the integration of inventory management through the supply chain and the order fulfillment processes to their trade customers in Europe. S.C. Johnson is a privately owned American company that was founded in 1886 and now operates in over 50 countries. In Europe the focus is marketing branded household cleaners and polishes under the brand names that include Pledge, Pliz, Brise, Glade, Mr. Muscle, Canard, and Raid.
