SUBMISSIONS REFEREED:

Regular Papers: All submitted papers should be typed in 1-1/2 spaced 12 point font. All accepted material will be published in the conference proceedings by ACM Press. Selected Papers from the list of accepted ones will be recommended for publication in Netnomics Journal.

Panel Proposals: These should include topic(s), the description of the panel objectives, and names and addresses of probable panelists.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

IMPORTANT: The conference call for papers requires that all authors submit an abstract first and then the full paper for review by the program committee. The deadlines and formats of submission for the abstracts and full papers are given below.

Abstracts: Due April 5th, 1998. One copy of a 150 word abstract and a list of five keywords should be submitted to the program chairs. Email submissions are accepted. Formats accepted for email submissions are the following: Text, Postscript, PDF, HTML, MS Word and Lotus Word Pro.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSIONS: Due May 5th, 1998. Five copies of a 5000 word paper have to be submitted to the program chairs. All submitted papers must be typed in a 12 point font. The title page must include the title, author name (s), affiliations, mailing and email addresses, a 150 word abstract and five keywords. Email and ftp submissions are accepted. The submission details are as follows:

1. Email submissions for full papers are accepted in the following formats: Postscript, PDF, HTML, MS Word, WordPerfect and Lotus Word Pro. Please notify the program chairs of the title and format of the submitted paper(s). An acknowledgment will be sent by the Program Chairs to the authors once the paper has been printed successfully. If a submitted paper cannot be read or printed by the program chairs, then the authors will be asked to resubmit the paper.
   
   
2. Submissions for full papers via FTP are accepted in the following file formats: Postscript, PDF, HTML, MS Word, WordPerfect and; Lotus Word Pro. The ftp site location for submissions is ftp://king.econ.lsa.umich.edu/pub/incoming/. Please notify the Program Chairs via email the following: A. File name, extension and format of the paper once submitted. B. The paper title and list of authors. An acknowledgment will be sent by the Program Chairs once the paper has been printed successfully. If a submitted paper cannot be read or printed by the program chairs, then the authors will be asked to resubmit the paper.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE: June 25th, 1998.

CAMERA READY SUBMISSION: Due August 10th. The accepted papers need to be submitted to ACM press for publication. The format of the papers for final print in the conference proceedings will be provided by ACM.
