3D Head Tracking

For some applications it is important to know the location or orientation of the user's head with respect to the 3D world. This is a much more difficult problem than 2D face tracking, which locates the image of the user's face with respect to the image. We are currently exploring an approach involving the registration of the current facial image with a 3D model.
