This image show the electrostatic potential for a non-nucleoside inhibitor of the HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. This application allows the user to map the potential or any other computed parameter onto a van der Waals surface. The user can also interrogate the image for the potential value at any point on the surface, get a bond angle or measure the distance between any two atoms.
