Commentary for black move 19:
No. In the mid-1800's, Paul Morphy -- this is known as Morphy's
Defense showed that after the move Qd8-d4, attacking the white
knight and the e4 pawn, black advantageously regains his lost
pawn. And so the move a6, the Morphy Defense, became known
and
became the most popular way of defending this classical king
pawn opening.
The retreat, Ba4. Black develops Nf6, a counterattack on the e4
pawn. White ignores it by Cassling. And again, a new
juncture.
